Happy Halloween!

You think you love Halloween when you're a kid... and then you have a baby, and you get to see all the excitement through their eyes. Believe me, it's so much better the second time around. For Halloween this year we took Lauren trick-or-treating at my grandparents house and then at Sheryl's house. My parents were stranded in NY thanks to the hurricane. Bleh. We missed them, but we still had TONS of fun!

Lauren was a giraffe for Halloween! I'm sorry people but it's just not humanly possible to be any cuter than this....

I bought this darling hat on Etsy. Thank goodness for the ties or that sucker was not going to stay on when curious baby hands can get to it! But seriously how cute is that? 

Lauren loved her peacock tutu for her 6 month pics so much, of course I made her a giraffe tutu to complete her costume.
